Description

This compact dipole antenna is optimized for 169 MHz ISM and ERMES applications, providing reliable omnidirectional performance in challenging environments. Its linear polarization and ground plane independence make it ideal for installations where space is limited or grounding is not possible. The antenna is well-suited for smart metering, industrial remote control, smart home, smart cities, survey devices, and industrial IoT, especially in locations with poor propagation such as basements or metal cabinets. The 169 MHz band ensures excellent building penetration, wide coverage, and low power consumption, making it a robust choice for long-range wireless communication.

With a slim and compact design and dimension of Ø 13.6 × 168 mm, this antenna can be installed in places where space is restricted. The SMA-Male connector mount and dipole topology allow for easy direct installation. The 2JD0819 is ground plane independent, eliminating any grounding restrictions during the installation process. Its optimal operation parameters are within temperatures of -40°C to +85°C.
