Description

This high-efficiency internal antenna is engineered for reliable communication with the Iridium Satellite system. Designed for embedded PCB integration, it delivers excellent performance within the 1616–1627 MHz frequency range, offering ~84% efficiency and a peak gain of ~5 dBi. Its right-hand circular polarization (RHCP) helps reject multi-path interference and optimize signal strength. Ideal for commercial, emergency, automotive, navigation, and asset tracking applications, this antenna is ground plane independent and features a low-profile design for versatile installations.

Installation / Environmental

This ground plane independent passive antenna is recommended for PCB device integration that requires a short distance between receiver and antenna. The 2JPO126B comes with a standard U. FL connector, a 100 mm long 1.37 Mini-Coax cable, and a screw mount that offers a secure installation to a wide range of surfaces. With low-profile dimensions (70 x 70 x 7.3 mm) this antenna comes with a selection of customized extension cable lengths and connector types. This antenna is manufactured without any hazardous materials while maintaining full REACH and RoHS compliance.
